Step 1.

Secure Your Spot: Click the button to immediately lock in one of the 30 spots, paying the full amount or start the payment plan. Everything except entry fees and your travel expenses (flights, accom, food etc) is included, so by the time you're up in lights in Times Square with your awards, everything is already paid for. A payment plan must be secured by 30 May 2026.

Step 2.

Awards Interview: You'll get a link to schedule your interview where we'll review the categories, selecting exactly the right ones that not only give you the best chance of winning, but also allow you to leverage regardless of the outcome - and we'll then craft your entries and design your support doc, submitting in up to 3 categories (talk to us if you want to enter more)

Step 3.

Profile Building: We don't wait until the award are announced, we give you award generated content (AGC) that you can use right away to start being seen as a credible industry leader, including a thought leadership style article that we submit to an online publication for you, social media graphics, and of course, your entry to repurpose into blogs, newsletters and online content, plus the AI Prompts and templates to do that.

Step 4.

Preparation: We gather everything needed for your billboard, and you attend the acceptance speech training before we go, plus the post event levergarong workshop and all of the resources you can use to snowball your entire award-winning journey, turning it into tangible results for your business.

Faq

What do I need to do?

Pay the full amount or start a payment plan by 30 May 2026 to secure your spot on this limited tour. We’ll do everything for you - arranging an interview with you, selecting the right categories, crafting your entries, designing your support doc, submitting everything and providing you with leverage from the moment we submit. Then you'll attend the acceptance speech online training, and use the resources and content, with access to the Audacious Academy portal to use our templates and AI Prompts to leverage your entire awards journey.
You'll need to arrange your travel and accommodation, and we'll see you in NYC (you'll get lots of advice and support from the group), and afterwards you'll attend the online training to leverage your awards too.

What if I pay for the tour but don't win?

With our 98% success rate, your chances are extremely high. More importantly, every finalist wins a Gold, Silver, or Bronze award, and we ensure you leverage the entire award journey regardless of the result. If you don't become a finalist, we’ll resubmit into another Stevie Award program at no cost (and no entry fee) and will refund you all amounts related to NYC costs.

What is not included?

The package includes writing up to 3 categories, any additional categories incur a cost $250 +GST.
Stevie Award entry fees are additional and you pay them direct to The Stevies (est: USD $190–$500+ per category).
All flights, accommodation, local travel, and spending money are not included. We can arrange your Stevie Awards invitation letter if you're travelling internationally.

Why book so early?

You secure the limited spot, lock in the payment plan, and guarantee six-plus months of expert support (starting now, to the Nov 2026 workshop).
Entering early (early-bird entry) not only reduces stress but also ensures more judges get to evaluate your entry.

The Stevie Awards For Women In Business open in May (we will know the list of categories before then) and earlybird entry closes in June, with final entry open until August. Ideally, you need 2-3 weeks for your submission creation, and the earlier we submit it, the more leveraging time you get.
The Gala Dinner is on the evening of Monday 16th November, at The Marriott, Times Square.

Can I bring my partner?

Yes! A spouse/partner package is available for the Gala Dinner and Times Square photoshoot. Please enquire for the current rate (estimated at AUD $995 + GST).

When Do I Need To Be In NYC?

We suggest you schedule to be in NYC for a week, from 11-17 Nov to maximise the moment, attending the Awards Gala Dinner on the 16th, Billboards in Times Square on the 17th, and partner events including Hear Us Roar with Karen Weaver, She Talks with Dr Julie Ducharme, and The Power Room with Fleur Madden are scheduled for that week. Plus, allowing for plenty of sightseeing and shopping!

Can I just come to the gala or get a billboard?

Absolutely, you can come to the gala dinner and/or get yourself on a billboard in Times Square. We can send you the details to book these and include those vital red carpet moments and photography, so you can leverage your NYC experience to the max.
