Travel and accommodation is not included, although we can put you in touch with Karen, our award winning tour agent to help you manage this. We recommend you allow from the 10th-14th to be part of the Award Winning Adventure and you may wish to stay longer or add on another itinerary around this time. Karen will be able to advise you where we are staying so you can be local to us. Just ask for travel agent assistance when you register your interest.

How Do I Secure My Spot?

Spaces on the tour are limited so click the register your interest button to make sure we know you are interested. You will be invited to an information zoom call which will be recorded. Once you've decided to join us, you will be sent a link to secure your place with a non-refundable deposit. You can then arrange full payment or a payment plan (which must be paid in full before we travel). You will be sent a booking link for your category confirmation and awards interview and a Google Drive link to provide information for your supporting documents. Over the course of the following few months you will receive coaching and mentoring, your workbook, marketing action planner and all the information you need to get ready for the adventure. We will also host regular zoom calls to get to know each other and answer any of your questions.

How Much Does It Cost?

Spaces The Las Vegas Award Winning Adventure includes everything you need to enter, win and leverage the Stevie Awards For Women in Business INCLUDING the gala dinner and professional photos/video, PLUS some pretty awesome and exciting Las Vegas extras and opportunities. Spaces are limited and you can secure yours for just $6500 +GST.
The only additional costs are the entry fee (as they range on cost) and your travel, food and accommodation.
Partners/Spouse can attend the gala dinner and helitour for an additional $1800+GST. All prices are in AUS$ and payment plans are available on application, but must be paid in full by the time we travel.

What Is Not Included?

Travel, accommodation, transfers, insurance, food and drinks (other than the Award Gala Dinner) local transport (Uber, taxi's, subway), your award entry fees (this depends on which categories you go for and how many you enter, allow between AU$300-$500 for each). Any incidentals, such as personal items you may need to buy or if you decide to do extra activities, are also not included.

What's The Awards Gala Dinner?

It is a valuable event for you to leverage your award and network with a room full of international women in business. As a finalist (and so far, everyone we have helped enter has become a finalist) you get to accept your highest award on stage and get professional video and photography of your acceptance speech. You also get a media style interview afterward and more professional photos in front of the Stevie's media wall. And then we go out for a celebration drink or two!

What is a Stevie Award?

Known as "The Oscars Of Business", the Stevie Awards were launched in 2002 to recognize accomplishments and contributions of companies and business people worldwide. The name Stephen means 'Crowned", hence the Stevie Awards.
Michael P. Gallagher, an American businessman, conceived the Stevie Awards as a way to "restore public confidence and investor trust" after the Enron corporate scandal. Stevie Award winners are celebrated globally as outstanding in their field.
Annette and Lauren have been awarded the #1 Grand Stevie Award at the Women In Business Awards no less than 4 times!

What Happens If There Are Cancellations?

Sometimes travel, weather and timing can be problematic. We suggest you take out travel insurance and be flexible with the travel dates just in case you get delayed. Unfortunately, because this is a packaged adventure, and you are responsible for your transport, accommodation and any tourist activities, we do not offer a refund of any kind. Karen, our amazing tour agent can assist you with all of this, we will put you in touch.

Can I Bring My Partner/Spouse With Me?

Yes of course! We have a spouse/partner package which includes a ticket to the Gala Dinner and the Grand Canyon helitour. Karen can arrange the accomodation/travel with you direct.

When Is Best To Travel?

Because you are booking and managing your own travel, you can choose to fly with whichever airline you choose, and rack up those frequent flyer points. You may wish to arrive earlier than the tour or stay later and spend more time in the USA. You just need to be in Las Vegas for the 11th-14th November and we suggest you give yourself at least a few days to acclimatize (and go shopping and sightseeing).

What If I Don't Win?

We have had a very high success rate with those we have helped to enter the Stevie Awards so it is highly unlikely given our experience as award winners, coaches and judges that you fail to become a finalist. However, the entire process we take you through, the mentoring as well as the trip to Las Vegas and the opportunity to leverage your brand and make valuable connections, is priceless. We will ensure you get amazing value from this trip.

Can I Enter And Not Go To Las Vegas?

Yes of course, in fact we have accepted awards on behalf of entrants and brought them back with us (saving you the shipping fee). Unfortunately, we don't get to give an acceptance speech on your behalf (you only get to do this if you are present), but we do take photos of your awards, with all the others, in Las Vegas, and you can use these images in your marketing.
