Frequently Asked Questions

What dates should I aim to be in New York and where should I stay?

Depending on which events you are attending, which run from 11th - 17th November, we suggest you arrive on the 10th and plan to leave late on the 17th or on the 18th. We suggest you stay in Manhattan so you can easily trend all events within walking or subway distance. Hotels we’ve used before include The Edison, The Millennium, The Library, Moxy, Doubletree, The New Yorker. The Stevie Awards often have special rates at The Marquis Marriott.

Do I have to attend every event?

Not at all. You have the flexibility to pick and choose the events that best suit your schedule and goals. However, we have specifically designed these events to snowball your impact - slotting them together to provide the best value and maximise your time. You’ve travelled a long way - we want to ensure every hour in NYC counts.

Do I need to be part of a particular community to participate?

You don't, but you might want to be! Of course, you're welcome to attend any of the events without being a member to be inspired at the She Talks Event, Power Room and the premiere of the Hear Us Roar movie at the iconic Robin Williams Theatre. They are all ticketed events; membership might include your ticket, but they're open to all participants. Enquire about membership inclusions directly with each event organiser.

How do I enter the Stevie Awards?

What is NOT included in the ticket prices?

To give you the most flexibility with your travel and budget, the following are not included:

  • Airfare and travel insurance
  • Accommodation
  • Most food and beverages (except where specifically designated, such as the Stevie Awards Gala Dinner or Award-Winning Drinks)
  • Spending money and local transport (Ubers, Subway, etc.)

Can I attend the Stevie Awards if I’m not up for an award?

Absolutely! You can purchase a Gala Dinner ticket to experience the prestige firsthand. It’s an incredible branding opportunity to share red-carpet moments, gather high-end photography, and benefit from brand authority by association.

Can I just book a Billboard?

Yes. If your goal is high-impact visual branding for your products, books, or personal brand, you can book the Billboard session individually. We provide a simple form for your details, and you’ll receive professional photography in Times Square to promote your brand globally.

Can I bring my partner or spouse?

Yes of course, you’ll find options to add guests to all of the events and we welcome your team, family or partners to participate and enjoy the experience. Please check each event and add your guests as you book your tickets.

What if I’ve never been to New York before?

You are in safe hands! Many members of our tour are NYC veterans. We are more than happy to team you up with city-savvy participants so you can join them on adventures, ensuring you feel confident navigating the City That Never Sleeps.

Is there any free time?

Definitely. We’ve built in space for you to enjoy Broadway shows, shopping, and Central Park. We suggest arriving by the 10th and departing on the 18th to ensure you have ample time to sightsee alongside your business activities.

What if I don't know anyone else going?

You will by the end of the first hour! Every host is dedicated to fostering a welcoming, inclusive community. Whether it’s at the Rooftop Drinks or the conferences, you’ll find yourself surrounded by a supportive network of peers.

Is this just a business holiday?
