Travel and accommodation is not included, we can put you in touch with Karen, our award winning tour agent to help you manage this. We recommend you allow from the 13-19th to be part of the Award Winning Adventure and you may wish to stay longer or add on another itinerary around this time. Karen will be able to advise you where we are staying so you can be local to us. Just ask for travel agent assistance when you register your interest.

How Do I Secure My Spot?

Spaces on the tour are limited so click the button to secure your place and arrange full payment. Before the tour you will receive the resources to help you leverage your awards journey via email and you can contact Annette & Lauren with any questions or advice needed. You will receive coaching and mentoring, your workbook, marketing action planner and all the information you need on the adventure.

 

How Much Does It Cost?

The Award Winning Adventure is likely to be between $4500-$6500+GST and includes everything you need to leverage the Stevie Awards For Women in Business INCLUDING writing your entry and creating your support document, plus submission, coaching for your acceptance speech, leveraging workshop and resources, gala dinner tickets with professional photos/video, Broadway show, PLUS the Statue Of Liberty Trip with photoshoot and guaranteed media coverage.  Spaces are limited and you can secure your place for just $2,997 deposit.
Not included in these costs are entry fees, travel, food, spending money and accommodation.

We suggest you budget between $8,500 - $15,000 for your entire trip and will confirm package fees when the tour opens for booking.
Partners/Spouse can attend the social gathering, Awards gala dinner, Statue Of Liberty Tour and Broadway Show for an additional $1300+GST. All prices are in AU$ and payment plans are available on application, but must be paid in full by the time we travel.

What Is Not Included?

Entry fees, which range from free to US$500, International and domestic travel, accommodation (Karen will be securing rooms so you can get in touch with her), transfers, insurance, food and drinks (other than the Award Gala Dinner and social gathering) local transport (Uber, taxi's, subway) and any incidentals, such as personal items you may need to buy or if you decide to do extra activities, such as going to a sports event or shopping trip, are not included.

What's The Awards Gala Dinner?

It is a valuable event for you to leverage your award and network with a room full of international women in business. You get drinks on arrival, dinner and wine at the table and we are all seated together.
As you are traveling from outside the USA, as a winner, (all finalists will win either a gold, silver or bronze award) you get to accept your highest award on stage and get professional video and photography of your acceptance speech. You also get a media style interview afterward and more professional photos in front of the Stevie's media wall. And then we go out for a celebration drink or two!

What is a Stevie Award?

Known as "The Oscars Of Business", the Stevie Awards were launched in 2002 to recognize accomplishments and contributions of companies and business people worldwide. The name Stephen means 'Crowned", hence the Stevie Awards.
Michael P. Gallagher, an American businessman, conceived the Stevie Awards as a way to "restore public confidence and investor trust" after the Enron corporate scandal. Stevie Award winners are celebrated globally as outstanding in their field.
Annette and Lauren have been awarded the #1 Grand Stevie Award at the Women In Business Awards no less than 5 times!

What Happens If There Are Cancellations?

Sometimes travel, weather and timing can be problematic. We suggest you take out travel insurance and be flexible with the travel dates just in case you get delayed. Unfortunately, because this is a packaged adventure, and you are responsible for your transport, accommodation and any tourist activities, we do not offer a refund of any kind. Karen, our amazing tour agent can assist you with all of this, we will put you in touch.

Can I Bring My Partner/Spouse With Me?

Yes of course! We have a spouse/partner package which includes the social gathering, broadway show, a ticket to the Gala Dinner and the trip to the Statue Of Liberty for AU$1300+GST.  Our travel specialist Karen can arrange the accomodation/travel with you direct.

When Is Best To Travel?

Because you are booking and managing your own travel, you can choose to fly with whichever airline you choose, and rack up those frequent flyer points. You may wish to arrive earlier than the tour or stay later and spend more time in the USA. You just need to be in New York for the 13th-19th November and we suggest you give yourself at least a few days to acclimatize (and go shopping and sightseeing).

What If I Don't Win?

We have had a very high success rate with those we have helped to enter the Stevie Awards however there is no guarantee you will be a finalist. Finalists are announced in September. In the case that you are not a finlaist, you can opt out of the USA part of the adventure and we will repurpose your entry into the next Stevie Awards program free of charge. You can still access all of the resources and attend any online events with the others on the adventure.

Can I Get My Award If I Don't Go To The USA?

Yes of course, in fact we have accepted awards on behalf of entrants and brought them back with us (saving you the international shipping fee). Unfortunately, we don't get to give an acceptance speech on your behalf (you only get to do this if you are present), but we do take photos of your awards, with all the others, in Las Vegas, and you can use these images in your marketing. There is a cost to get the awards from within the USA and Australia, estimated at $100 per trophy and $50 per medal. You can Email us to arrange our services to collect yours while we are at the Gala Dinner.
