Travel is not included. You can arrange your own travel to and from the USA, using your favourite airline or air-points - remember to get your ESTA before you go. We recommend you allow from the 11-17th plus travel time to be part of the Award Winning Adventure and you may wish to stay longer or add on another itinerary around this time.
Accommodation is a shared uptown apartment building in Harlem, booked out for the tour group so you can feel at home, relax in between events and work, eat or rest, as well as connect with others on the tour.

How Do I Secure My Spot?

The awards open in late May, closing in August (we will help you select categories and review your entry, or you can ask us to write it for you for an additional fee) and finalists are announced early September so spaces on the tour are limited and time is of the essence.
Make sure you click that button to book and pay for your tour (payment plan is available). We'll confirm everything via email and you will receive all the resources you need to enter the awards and leverage your awards journey.

You will receive resources immediately and get mentoring, your workbook and marketing action planner at the workshops on the adventure.

How Much Does It Cost?

The Award Winning Adventure is $6500+GST and includes everything you need to leverage the Stevie Awards For Women in Business INCLUDING: Welcome dinner,
Accommodation in uptown shared apartment building,
Stevie Awards Gala with professional photos/video,
Coaching for your acceptance speech,
Leveraging workshop and resources,
Broadway show,
PLUS the Statue Of Liberty Trip with walking tour photoshoot.  

Spaces are limited and you can secure your place for just $6500+GST (Payment plan of 3x$2250+GST is available).

Not included in these costs are your awards entry/fees, flights, travel, food and spending money.

Partners/Spouse can attend the Welcome Dinner, Stevie Awards gala dinner, Statue Of Liberty Tour and Broadway Show for an additional $5300+GST. All prices are in AU$ and must be paid in full by the time we travel.

When Is Best To Travel?

Because you are booking and managing your own travel, you can choose to fly with whichever airline you choose, and rack up those frequent flyer points. You may wish to arrive earlier than the tour or stay later and spend more time in the USA.
To make the most of the tour we suggest at minimum you are in New York during the 5th-9th November and we suggest you give yourself at least a few days to acclimatise (and go shopping and sightseeing).
If you've never been to New York before we can provide you with a list of things tio see and do.

What Is Not Included?

International and domestic travel, transfers, insurance, food and drinks (other than the Award Gala Dinner and welcome dinner) local transport (Uber, taxi's, subway) and any incidentals, such as personal items you may need to buy or if you decide to do extra activities, such as going to a sports event or shopping trip, are not included.
Because we are staying in an apartment building, you can buy food and drinks and enjoy them at your leisure, and there are lots of options to dine out or takeaway.

We suggest you check online for other shows, events and venues New York has to offer.

Your Stevie award entry writing and entry fees are not included - we can assist you with your entry, just let us know if you need help and there is a 20% Off rate for tour members.

Should you become a finalist, you will receive either a bronze or silver medallion or a gold trophy at the gala dinner when you make your acceptance speech. There is no extra charge for these if you are attending the event.

What's The Awards Gala Dinner?

It is a valuable event for you to leverage your award and network with a room full of international women in business. You get drinks on arrival, dinner and wine at the table and we are all seated together.

As you are traveling from outside the USA, as a winner, (all finalists will win either a gold, silver or bronze award) you get to accept your highest award on stage and get professional video and photography of your acceptance speech.

You also get a media style interview afterward and more professional photos in front of the Stevie's media wall. And then we go out for a celebration drink or two!

What is a Stevie Award?

Known as "The Oscars Of Business", the Stevie Awards were launched in 2002 to recognize accomplishments and contributions of companies and business people worldwide. The name Stephen means 'Crowned", hence the Stevie Awards.

Michael P. Gallagher, an American businessman, conceived the Stevie Awards as a way to "restore public confidence and investor trust" after the Enron corporate scandal. Stevie Award winners are celebrated globally as outstanding in their field.

Annette and Lauren have been awarded the #1 Grand Stevie Award at the Women In Business Awards no less than 6 times and we have run successful Audacious Adventures since 2017,


What If Something's Cancelled?

Sometimes travel, weather and timing can be problematic. We suggest you take out travel insurance and be flexible with the travel dates just in case you get delayed.
Unfortunately, because this is a packaged adventure, and you are responsible for your transport and any tourist activities, we do not offer a refund of any kind. Karen, our amazing tour agent can assist you with all of this, we can put you in touch.


Can I Bring A Partner/Spouse?

Yes of course! We have a spouse/partner package which includes the accommodation in a shared room wiih you, welcome dinner, broadway show, a ticket to the Stevie Awards Gala and the trip to the Statue Of Liberty for AU$5300+GST.

Is It Worth Attending?

The highpoint of the awards year for The Audacious Agency is attending the 'Oscars' of business awards for women. We've been having these adventures since 2017 and have seen those attending grow personally and professionally as a result.

There is nothing like receiving a tangible result in front of an international audience to really elevate and add credibility to your profile!

Gold winners are presented with a trophy and silver/bronze winners get a medal at the gala event and as you have travelled from outside of the USA, you get to present an acceptance speech on stage which is professionally video'ed and photographed.

These critical evidence of your win are ideal for creating credibility and can be repurposed and used on multiple channels.

Additionally you are in a room with hundreds of international business women, and you get to make connections with those on tour, plus get more photos/video in New York to promote your profile.

Previous tour participants have leveraged the awards to gain media coverage and foster business relationships. Many have participated more than once!

Can I Get My Award If I Don't Go?

Unfortunately, we don't get to accept awards or give an acceptance speech on your behalf (you only get to do this if you are present). There is a fee to ship the awards from the USA to Australia, these can be ordered directly from the Stevie Awards and sent to you.

Exchange Rates

The tour costs have been calculated using an exchange rate as of March 2024 at AUD$1 = USD$.66c

Should this rate decrease an additional fee may apply, should the rate improve a partial refund will be paid to those who book before we travel.
The Audacious Agency retains the rights to refund or charge a fee based on a 5% change in exchange rates before the tour begins on 11th November 2024.

Award Writing & Submission

All tour guests who require assistance with their entry can acess our resources and advice at no charge. We are happy to review your entry and give your guidance on categories to choose.

If you want us to write your entry for you and submit it with a professional support document, the fee is $1758 - a 20% reduction from our standard rate of $2997, specially for tour guests.
